The Komaia Reset

When was the last time you had an entire day where nobody needed anything from you?

No organising. No rushing. No remembering what everyone else needs. No wondering what’s for dinner. No being somewhere else by a certain time.

The Komaia Reset is a beautifully slow, nourishing day created for women who spend so much of their lives looking after everything and everyone else.

For one whole day per season, you get to be the one being looked after.

From the moment you arrive, everything is taken care of. We’ll begin gently with time to settle, warm drinks and something lovely to eat before easing into a restorative morning of grounding, guided relaxation and mindfulness with a sprinkling of Ayurveda teachings woven in.

A beautiful, seasonal hot lunch will be prepared for you, with plenty of time afterwards to eat, chat, sit by the fire or simply do absolutely nothing.
