Begin the new year with a calm, creative evening combining natural henna (mehndi) body art and a soothing candlelit sound bath.
We’ll start with gentle grounding and a short introduction to henna’s cultural roots in South Asia, North Africa and also parts of South India, where some of my own family history begins. We approach henna with respect, using only natural plant-based paste and focusing on simple, symbolic designs.
