Once again, Komaia has gathered the perfect facilitators to collectively hold space for us all at this beautiful event, just ahead of the Winter Solstice. You can expect meditation and mindfulness practices with intention setting ceremony, practicable advice for navigating the way through the colder and darker months, gentle movement exercises to push through stagnant energy and blockages, valuable insight into our body's truest needs during winter! Of course great company, well earned rest, nutritious and delicious hot food is all included as standard.
