This month’s theme is Winter Wellness.
Please bring whatever you’d like to get yourself warm and cosy, whether that’s blankets, pillows, fluffy socks - I have just a few spare yoga mats to lie on if needed. A water bottle is also a good idea as you can get quite thirsty afterwards.
