This retreat has been gently unfolding in my heart for a long time.
A few precious days to pause, breathe, and truly see one another again; away from the noise of everyday life.
To reconnect, regulate and re-root yourselves as a couple. We have a luxury 5 star home in mid-wales with 8 private bedrooms
This is available for just 6 couples who want to deepen their bond, reawaken their sense of togetherness, regulate their nervous systems, and explore how safe, loving connection can feel in body, heart, and spirit.
We’ll weave in sacred and safe touch practices inspired by Lomi Lomi massage, alongside communication tools, movement, deep relaxation and embodied exploration. But more than anything, we’ll explore how to give and receive - with love, without pressure and with presence.
